The laser machine interface software works with the file types of numerous photo-editing and CAD software packages. While most liquid cooled laser systems require an external chiller, AP Lazer Systems utilize a uniquely integrated, self contained cooling system. Provided that the motor is used within its limits, positioning errors don’t occur. The design of the stepper motor provides a constant holding torque without the need for the motor to be powered. The AP Lazer system utilizes high-speed micro-stepper motors. 110v OperationĪP Lazer plugs directly into the common 110v electrical outlet. With proper lubrication and normal operational use the bearings should last a minimum of three years. Linear guide bearings provide a precision glide, allowing for increased speeds while maintaining impeccable accuracy. The X and Y-Axis are fixed on linear guide bearings. The AP Lazer is equipped with a blower and a fitted aluminum flexible vent that attaches to the top of the machine. This system of speed control allows for ultimate precision. Speed is controlled by a literal system rather than a less reliable percentage-based system. It is a percentage-based system that allows for corner compensation when using the cut mode operation. Speed/Power ControlĬontrol both speed and power with the computer and/or the control panel on the AP Lazer. The EZ Leveling System allows adjustment of the four corners of the machine independently and increases safety when working with heavier materials.
